A step-by-step guide to enhancing your web pages with Xara Modules

This quick guide will help you build a more exciting, dynamic website more quickly by adding Modules into ZyWeb pages. You can add cool animated photos and text, and even photos that expand when you click on them. You don't need any technical skills - no programming, no script, no HTML and no design skill!

We have created this example page to include a scrolling text effect, animated button bar, some thumbnail photo images with a photo effect on one of them and a message scroller

Step 1 - Setting up our page

Sign into ZyWeb, then from your Filestore in the 'create new... 'box on the left select 'web page' from the menu on the left. This will take you to a template selector page. For this guide I selected 'Mechanix main2' from the top right. Click on the image where a new page will open allowing you to choose the layout, I chose 'Mechanix photothumbs'. Click on the template and you can now customize it.
